Hyundai is expected to launch three new cars in India later this year.

The Creta Electric will be followed by three more new Hyundai models this year, including a brand-new sub-compact SUV.

After the launch of the Creta Electric in January, Hyundai is expected to introduce three more new models in India later this year. One of these will be the brand's most important launch of the year. In the coming months, Hyundai is likely to unveil the facelifted Ioniq 5, which was first revealed internationally in March last year.

Currently, Hyundai sells the older Ioniq 5 with a 72.6 kWh battery pack in India, but internationally, this was replaced with a 77.4 kWh pack long before the facelift. With the mid-cycle refresh, the Ioniq 5 now comes with an even larger 84 kWh battery, potentially offering a range of over 650 km. The entry-level 58 kWh variant, which isn't available in India, has been discontinued in favor of a 63 kWh option.

Hyundai is expected to launch the next-generation Venue in India during the third quarter of the year. Spy shots reveal that while the new Venue will retain a familiar shape, it will feature a completely refreshed design with updates to the grille, headlamps, bumpers, wheels, and tail lamps. The updated model is likely to come with an array of new features, including a customizable digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, ventilated front seats, a 360-degree camera system, and enhanced ADAS Level 2 functions. The engine and transmission options are expected to remain the same as the current model.

The facelifted Tucson, which made its global debut in November 2023, is expected to hit Hyundai showrooms later this year. The updated model brings a fresh look with a new grille, redesigned bumpers, updated DRL signature, new alloy wheels, and a 75 mm longer rear wiper blade.
